Hour 2 (begins at 46min 11sec in the audio file) featuring the "Video Vigilante" posits the idea that some of the video footage, shot by people on the street, and featured on news casts, may be akin to theater. Hollywood actors (nowadays crisis actors) getting paid "scale" to pretend to get beat up by cops.

I was listening to an audio file extracted from a downloaded youtube video that presented the results of a person named Cheryl Welsh.
