Negative Mass/Geoengineering

I don't want to seem pretentious but, this may be yet another idea stolen from me possibly using remote neural monitoring. I was watching a Teaching Company Video series on Gravity just a couple of days ago, I believe it was Monday.
The title of the course is "TTC - Black Holes, Tides, and Curved Spacetime - Understanding Gravity" and the title of the specific lecture was "The Million Body Problem". While watching the lecture the professor indicated that there appears to be a halo of "dark matter" and "dark energy" surrounding most Galaxies. So, I thought to myself would it be possible to explain "dark matter" and "dark energy" through the concept of negative mass and negative energy.
I didn't follow up on this idea, thinking that it would require extensive research. Well, lo and behold a couple of days later, the aforementioned article is published. I've dealt with negative mass and energy before and nearly every time I brought it up, the idea was rejected outright. I guess we see that argument by prestige and authority is still healthy.
Not to mention, that there may be a hint or a large measure of prejudice, only certain people are allowed to be given credit for a breakthrough. In a world, where a righteous Buggeration can take place, no idea is safe.
Also, there may be dark forces out there that want to sabotage or subvert any ideas so as to make other groups appear like their own.
In any case I thought of a method by which it may be possible to detect the covert use of heavy metal aerosols sprayed in our atmosphere. Possibly unlike Dr. Farnes, I came up with the idea by myself, though inspired by traditional spectroscopy.
Let's start with a sunny cloudless day, take a spectrographic reading of the sun, both at ground level and higher up say in the lower stratosphere using balloons (they can reach altitudes of about 60,000 feet). This serves to calibrate our method.
Wait until there is a trail left by an airplane covering up your view of the sun, in your particular location. Now take another spectrographic reading, this may require some adjustment since you are measuring light passing through a cloud. A low density cloud covering the sun would be preferable, though this may require several trials until a usable reading is obtained.
People can use telescopes with a sun filter installed and a special multispectral camera.
Compare the spectrograph readings, if the cloud contains heavy metals then either a new series of spectrographic lines corresponding to those of heavy metal atoms should appear or the spectrographic lines of heavy metal atoms (that may come from the sun itself) should be darker.
It may be helpful to subtract the spectrographic reading with cloud from the reading with no cloud making the differences more apparent.
This method may also be used at night, simply by taking a spectrographic reading of a bright star in clear sky conditions and then comparing it to a spectrographic reading of the same star with the light passing through a trail left by an airplane.
It would be advisable to perform the measurements above multiple times, to ensure that the results are statistically significant.
Anyway I'm still working the 2005 van and eventually I'll work on the 1982 super stealth van, maybe we'll go looking for Sasquatch, you never know!
It might be a good idea for all of those not associated or working for the "the system" or the "the matrix" to start working on your stealth vans.
