Updates for the Week of 12/2/18

An Inconvenient Truth by Al Gore - Released in 2006, still relevant today. Makes a strong case for the anthropocentric causes of global climate change.

Government Documents - Weather Manipulation

There are those seemingly paid skeptics online that argue against the possibility of weather manipulation, they make it seem as if not only is it impossible but, also that the government wouldn't even attempt to alter weather patterns but, here it is:

Climate Science Lecture for the Week:

Part 2 of a lecture on the on winds.Pressure gradient force is combined with the Coriolis force and friction to give a more realistic model of how winds blow and flow

The entire lecture series can be purchased at the following link:

Climate Engineering Update:

Here is what was covered.
  • Declining intelligence of the population possibly due to the heavy metal aerosols (aluminum, manganese, etc) sprayed in the atmosphere, which we inhale.
  • Snowstorms in and around Chicago caused by airliners.
  • The rising global average temperature
  • Chemical "cool downs" on the east coast.
  • Methane contamination of groundwater near fracking operations.
  • Jet aerosol spraying directly over the area where the CA wildfires started!!!
  • Chemical Ice Nucleation possibly responsible for the deaths of turtles on the east coast.
  • Unprecedented heat wave in Australia.

Energy Lecture for the Week:

Coal - how it was formed, regions with the greatest amount of coal, how it is mined. What makes coal "dirty" or "clean", how it is burned, and how the combustion process could be made cleaner.

Ecology Lecture for the Week:

Biological, Physical, and Geological forces that drive change in ecosystems. Social factors like public policy and demographic changes and their effects on the environment is also explored.

Documentary for the Week: Dimming the Sun

"Dimming the Sun" investigates the discovery that the sunlight reaching Earth has been growing dimmer, which may seem surprising given all the international concern over global warming. At first glance, less sunlight might hardly seem to matter when our planet is stewing in greenhouse gases. But the discovery of global dimming has led several scientists to revise their models of the climate and how fast it's changing. According to one recent and highly controversial model, the worst-case warming scenario could be worse than anyone has predicted. "Dimming the Sun" unravels this baffling climate conundrum and the implications for Earth's future

News Show for the Week: RT On Contact - Tear Gas

Socialism Vs Capitalism: American Capitalism: Hamilton and Jefferson

Modern capitalism may have been born in England, but America would be defined by it from the very beginning. Look at some of the paradoxes inherent in free market systems and how Protestant religious philosophy played a significant part in the direction of the economy. Then, see how founding figures like Hamilton and Jefferson set the course for American economic dominance in the years to come.

Paranormal Presentation of the Week: Jim Berkland

Jim developed phenomenological models that can predict sizable earthquakes with a success rate of 80%.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Berkland

The wikipedia article portrays Berkland as a "crank" or a "crackpot", Berkland in the video lecture below stated that some of his ideas have been published before. He mentioned how the Chinese were successfully able to predict a quake using methods similar to his own, and he mentioned several research papers that also used methods similar to his own, and he is a funny guy.

The video quality may be subpar but, the content is extraordinary, the video kinda falls apart at the end there.

The prediction of earthquakes, once touted as "impossible" as beyond our models of geology and seismology, as beyond our grasp, just completely and utterly inaccessible to mere mortals, well.........once again the "impossible",........has become possible.
