TI Conference Call of the Week:
Anytime I criticize this institution, even within the privacy of my own residence, the harassment increases.
Apparently the only way they can be perceived as a "good" university is if they control who criticizes them. It appears to be managed by a mostly provincial, ignorant crowd, who think they know more than they actually do.
They resort to indirect prejudiced harassment anytime I criticize them, in the privacy of my own residence and even though I don't communicate it to the outside world!! They seem to think that makes them talented, creative, original, intelligent, when it doesn't. The only way they can even begin to perceived as any of the above is if they are given good ideas gathered from the surveillance of millions through remote neural monitoring.
If someone whom they don't agree with or don't think should be perceived as the above due to race, ethnicity, gender, etc, they will use remote neural monitoring to steal ideas AND bring in people from around the world to show the person up, those people are there only temporarily but they are brought in to erode the confidence and to try to make someone who could be great into a mediocre nobody.
They never change, they may change for about a week, at most a month but if one waits long enough the cowboy in them comes popping out. It appears to me that they want to tell everyone else how to think, feel, act, how to create and what aims and goals of science, art, education, engineering should be and yet, they haven't invented or created ANY of the above (other than bringing in people, stealing ideas, copying what someone else has done) and yet they want to tell everyone how do everything.
I wouldn't have brought this up if it weren't for their incessant harassment when I mention them in the privacy of my own residence.

Given that it may be possible that multiple EMP events may take place, separated in time and space. It is critical that people harden electronic devices that may be used after the initial EMP attack. Otherwise the EMP attack after the initial one will damage your backup electronics.

The terrain in and around Area 51 was quite mountainous with vast nearly flat valleys and groups of hills and mountains. Communications was challenging since VHF and UHF communications is often line of sight. Even CB radio may have difficultly since the angle at which is bounces from the ionosphere may not fall in the region in which people are listening.

The Power of Magnetic Loop Antennas:
The power of mag loop comes from it's construction and the frequencies at which it is most often used.
The mag loop configuration responds primarily to the magnetic component of the electromagnetic wave and is very directional. These two qualities allow it to reject local sources of electromagnetic noise at the receiver.
Even if the antenna is not sufficiently large to be considered an effective antenna, the noise floor of most amplifiers at medium wave to low frequency shortwave is far lower than atmospheric noise.

Since the mag loop antenna rejects noise and the amplifiers themselves add very little to the noise, this means that even if the signal if very weak, it can be amplified tremendously, with little noise. Here is a comparison between a Mag Loop and a straight long wire:

In a collapse situation, the networks that transmit data from smart phones, internet, cable TV will most likely be nonfunctional. This implies that people may have to use some of the Ham Radio communication methods that rely primarily on the physical characteristics of the earth, atmosphere, sun, etc.
There is another communication method that may still be functional in a collapse situation and that is communication satellites. Since many satellites are in orbit far above the earth, are geostationary, and have their own power supplies, they will be immune to most collapse situations on the surface of earth. Hence preppers can utilize these satellites to communicate with each other and around the world.

Phil comments on the popularity of "crank phone call" shows on TV (circa 2002), and how these shows "coincidentally" appeared on Comedy Central after Phil's show was syndicated. Phil stated that both Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Corolla listen to his show. They may have appropriated ideas from Phil to create TV shows.
Phil claimed that he elevated the crank phone call into an art form and that Kimmel and Corolla should give credit where credit is due, namely Hendrie.
Phil then pouts and claims "I don't even want to do my show anymore, .... screw you,.......all of you"
Hendrie then reports on a story about a man capping a priest.
Margaret Gray says she has inside information that Anakin Skywalker turned into Darth Vader because he was molested by Yoda.
